This is how the new digital system works:

Payment of fixed berth

  • If you have a fixed berth in a Skjærhalden Båtforening harbour, it will be linked to you via e-mail.

  • By logging in in the top right corner and confirming your email address, which you will be asked to fill in, your berth will automatically appear under "My Account", where you can choose to renew or cancel your berth and manage your availability like others can rent your space.

Boat berth queue

  • New applications are made by filling in the form on this page and paying the mandatory registration fee.
  • We review all new applications and when we have processed your application you will receive an email with a confirmation.
  • The position you see in the system is the correct position in the respective queue and overall. But, if a customer stands on e.g. place 50 in the queue, then he can be "first in line" for 3m in a certain port, because the other 49 people at the front of the queue are interested in other berths.
  • In the "My Account" menu, you can see your position in the queue.
    Here you can also "Change queue place" if you e.g. change address or want to change boat size.
  • Members pay a registration fee of NOK. NOK 500 annual fee. NOK 750 per hour. One month before your year in the queue expires, you will receive a link by email and SMS with payment instructions in case you still want to be in the queue/be a member.

In Skjærhladen boat association, we have two different waiting lists that you can sign up for. They have a different order of priority depending on whether you want to change berths, apply for a new deposit berth or intend to rent a berth.

  • Exchange list and Waiting list
    • Memberscan apply for a deposit place.
      (All permanent residents in Hvaler have the right to membership in the association. A spouse or registered cohabitant can join as a "family member". Family members have the same rights as other members.)

    • To apply for a change of place, you must already have a deposit place. If an offer is not accepted, a new application date is set - i.e. last in the queue. (When changing a berth to a larger or smaller berth, the interim deposit will be charged or paid.)
  • Boat berth queue - Rental list
    • Here, membersor non-memberscan stand in line to rent space for the coming season.

Common questions

I want to change my contact details such as email address or mobile number, how do I do that?

Answer:You can send an e-mail to post@shbf.no and we will update it for you.


I can´t get to the payment page via the link I received. What is wrong?

Answer:The most common error is that you are using an older version of the browser, try a different browser (preferably Chrome) or device. You are also welcome to visit the contact center in to pay for your berth by card.


I cannot click on "Pay with card" or "Pay with Vipps". What is wrong?

Answer:The most common mistake is that you have entered a boat that is too big for the location. It can be the depth, width or length of the boat that the system responds to, please set the correct measurements.
